Very cool house at 63 Seaton

Meredith, Shellie and I love this little house in Toronto. It's very slim on the front and then expands in the back alley. It's such a smart use of marginal urban space. There are many such examples in Toronto - buildings designed by architects like Shim-Sutcliffe, Kohn Shnier and Stephen Teeple, for example.

These photos aren't particularly great, but they're what I was able to take today in a hurry in the blazing sunlight.

First photos taken with new (cheap) HP digital camera

I bought this camera back in early May (or thereabouts) and have taken hundreds of photographs with it. It's not great, but it's way better than the Nikon that we were using, especially viz. ease of use, red eye and that sort of thing. This is Meredith getting ready for her first bike ride of the year and Shellie making a call off the second floor deck.
